What if we have politicians who won't listen to people? What's the answer then?

then we can use the executive organ of the government for example the president , the ×  prime minister and the vice president

People will become hopeless as they will loose out hope since they hope leaders to be implementers of their wishes

Establishing committees to speak/ represent people's opinions. For children, having a committee for the Children approved by the Government to represent the disadvantaged and neglected children. An example is a case in point in Kolkata there is a children's Council representing the street-connected children at parliament. At SALVE in Uganda we have a children's council representing the children supported by SALVE.

The above  statement is true but in Africa, it is too difficult to implement.

in that way, leaders will become misleaders  and even dictators because instead of serving in interest of people they will serve their selfish interests

big headed leaders like in the past during Amini's regime when their was no democracy so leaders who cannot listen contribute to violation of human rights inclusive of those which are inalieanable.

To me such politicians deserve never to be voted for another term by voters and this can be done by team work of people.

You have to be very carefull who you speak too. You could be labelled as a troublemaker if you speak too others if they hold a different opinion. I believe in safety in numbers.

Dictators even reach the extent of ordering of money print outs just like Amini did thinking was uplifting the economy yet it contributed to inflation and this has continued evidenced in the recent cargo case which was on a chattered plane in disguise of USAID, UN yet it belonged to state house in preparation for the upcoming 2021 elections. The 300 billion plus that ws printed will cost uganda's economy at one point
