Parents should then talk to their children  and understand how they feel as they grow up. Understanding what children actually think is often overlooked

Yes, I agree. However, how can parents get access to the lessons?

Maybe the children should be the ones to lead the parenting skills training?

I think respect for our elders is very important and often forgotten by children in today's society. Both the parent and the child have responsibilities.

I Support you dearly   because if parents  and children     forget their responsibilities they all start doing what they are not supposed to do at a time.

Such a difficult question. Because you don’t need to prove you can afford or provide or care for children before they arrive. It’s difficult to be accountable when they do.
Stronger laws? Registering responsibility.
But I think education on how to support your children would help.

By  sensitaising the parents about child rights

True if parents are sensitized about the children's rights it means they can know how to take proper care of thier children.

Parents should set limits for their children, freedom is good but shouldn't be too much by allowing children to go to disco Halls etc

Most parents don't have time for their children because of being too busy with work, they should have time to play and talk with their children, the bond will be there between parents and children once there is time allocated for the children

The government should create more job opportunity  to people in order to reduce poverty among parents

Some parents do not know children's rights and that is why they don't provide food, shelter and clothing to some of their children. They should be made aware of the children's rights and the consequences of violating children's rights. This will make them to take proper care of their children.

I think the biggest thing is education of parents but ironically enough that should start when they are children.

More needs to be done to provide social and life skills education to make sure well rounded, empathic and selfless adults develop into society and will have the tools and knowledge to know what is the best way to care for their children.

We can't force a parent to care for their child properly. But it should be something they want since they had the child.

Some parents know that they have to take care of thier parents but they want to be forced.

We need to introduce adulthood education  to parents who tend to be mature.

I don't think you can make parents take care of their children. It's a responsibility that they should take but might not.

So what do you think should done if its "Might Not" or if they intend not to take on the responsibility

Maybe we should get parents and older children to meet together and discuss how they can be the best parents they can to their children. Both parents and children must be present to support each other’s views and balance power between them

In fact its the roles of government to keep citizens in light ,parents and children should play their responsibilities to one another  for smooth running of each one's life.uuw

If parents don't take good care of their children then the children should be taken away and given to better parents

Some parents want to take proper care of their children but they do not have enough money,so you do not have to take their children away from them.
